"We have had Jeff as our agent for several years. 3 years ago we bought a home and gutted it. Remodeled it and moved in in May 2023. We had home owners insurance with this agent from the day we bought it. Found out several months ago that the address on the policy was not correct…after 3 years they are just discovering this…not our fault. The address they had was “Street” and our correct address is “Place” They had the correct address for billing/mailing. My husband and I both had several conversations with them. Turns out our premiums were going to go up because of address change. Also, they said they could not insure us anymore unless we installed a monitored alarm system!! We have had the policy for three years and had never heard that. Total mishandling of our policy!! We received a letter a month ago from corporate saying that our policy was going to be cancelled. WELL, we are canceling Jeff and his office!"

"Very disappointing agent and staff. I could never get a response to any email communications (unless it involved me giving them more money). Nobody ever reached out about any issues, not even a claim we had made. Then when we filed it again, because of the utter silence on their end, they dropped us. Then they mailed the notice to AN APARTMENT COMPLEX I HAVEN'T LIVED AT FOR 4 YEARS.They should be embarrassed to be honest. I'm currently trying to decide if the Kansas Insurance Commissioner would like to know how bad this guy is at what he does."

Due to incorrect address and no correspondence this agent and his team made quick work of my homeowners insurance not being renewed so as of today I have cancelled their services and moved on to a new company. I was with state farm for 14 years and this treatment I was given was absolutely uncalled for and I hope the entire company ends up folding due to all the negligence and lack of caring for your customers."
